Refund policy

Artysta.in offers a very transparent and simple Return & Replacements policy.

Conditions to be eligible for the Returns & Replacement Policy:
Item(s) must be in their original, unused condition.
Replacement for items are subject to inspection and checking by the Artysta team.
Damages due to neglect, improper usage will not be included under our Returns & Replacement Policy
Product should be accompanied with Original/Copy of Invoice, packaging, documentation, lab certificates, discount coupons, etc

Refund Policy:

If you receive the product in a damage/ tamper condition we request our customers to open and check the product at the time of delivery. In case there is any damage found to the product, please send an email at ordersartysta@gmail.com or call us at +91-9643323194 within 48 hours of delivery of the product along with your order number

Exchanges (if applicable)

Cancellation Policy

For some reason if you do not wish to proceed with the order, inform us by sending an email at ordersartysta@gmail.com along with your order id.

We will cancel your order and will issue a credit note for the equivalent purchased amount.

No cancellation would be entertained for the dispatched orders.

Special Note:

Furniture products cannot be returned in this case. We accept returns only if the product shown on the website is not as per the specifications.

We do not accept returns for bulk orders as well which are greater than Rs 10,000. We accept returns only if the product shown on the website is not as per the specifications.

We will issue a credit note for the equivalent amount which will be valid for one year.
