At Artysta Gallery, we strive to provide you with the best shopping experience possible. We understand that sometimes, despite our best efforts, things may not go as planned. That's why we have a simple and customer-friendly return or replacement policy in place to ensure your complete satisfaction.
If you receive the product in a damage/ tamper condition we request our customers to send us an email with images of the broken products at firstname.lastname@example.org. or
We only replace items if they are broken/defective/damaged or if the wrong order was shipped to you. We will provide a free replacement of the same product provided it is in stock.
Must not be a custom engraved product. No returns or exchange for custom engraved products.
We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. In such cases, we have a fair and transparent return process as well. If you feel that a product doesn't match your expectations, we kindly request you to contact our customer support team email@example.com/ +91-9643323194 within 2 days of receiving your order. Please note that in these instances, a small freight amount will be charged to cover the return shipping costs.
- For orders with a total value up to ₹2500, a nominal freight charge of ₹250 will be applicable.
- If your order exceeds ₹2500, the freight charge will be 10% of the total order amount.
